Dr. Kenzie L. Maloy, D.C., C.A.C.C.P.

Dr. Kenzie started her college education at Eastern Oregon University, where she graduated with a bachelors of science degree. She then decided to attend the highly regarded chiropractic school in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Kenzie graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a doctorate in chiropractic in November 2005. In May 2007, she became certified by the Academy Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics after a year and a half of training.

There are many reasons why Dr. Kenzie made her decision to become a chiropractor. One is that she received chiropractic care herself starting in junior high. She also worked at The Peterson Clinic while in high school and saw how patients were getting better when all other efforts had failed. Also, she believes that it is important to prevent diseases before they begin. Treating conditions with supplements and lifestyle changes are healthy alternatives to prescription medication.

Dr. Kenzie thinks it is important to treat the pediatric population at an early age in order to diminish patient conditions before they can fully develop. Prevention is pivotal to start at an early age.

Along with the extra pediatric training came women’s health. Taking care of women before, during, and after their pregnancies is of utmost importance. Chiropractic care, in addition to nutritional counseling and vitamin supplements, can make the journey of motherhood healthier for both mother and child. Carrying the children can be much easier and less painful

Dr. Kenzie is passionate about patient health. She is a strong proponent of healthy lifestyles and physical fitness. In her belief, this is essential to healthcare.

Even though Dr. Kenzie specializes in pediatrics and women’s health, she also treats patients of all ages.

In her spare time Dr. Kenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and volunteering with a local youth group. She and her husband love traveling, especially if it is for a mission trip. They also enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, doing snow and water sports, running, and biking.
